Reservation and Travel Policies
1. Reservation Policy
• Booking and Confirmation: Upon selecting your tour and submitting your booking request, Seek Peak will review the provided information and confirm availability. A confirmation call will be made within 24 hours to finalize your reservation details. You may change dates or cancel the reservation free of charge during this initial confirmation call, as a one-time benefit to ensure your complete confidence in proceeding with Seek Peak.
• Deposit and Payment: After confirmation, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. This deposit can be paid via specified payment methods at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in cash or via bank transfer at the start of the tour. Payment of the deposit indicates acceptance of the terms outlined in this Reservation Policy.
2. Changes and Cancellations Policy
• Date Changes After Deposit Payment: Once the deposit is paid, you may request to reschedule to an alternative date. A rebooking fee equivalent to 5% of the total tour cost will apply. Additionally, due to potential changes in transportation, accommodation, and other cost factors, pricing adjustments may occur. In such cases, Seek Peak will notify the client, and rebooking will proceed only with the client’s approval. Rebooking requests are subject to availability.
• Cancellations After Deposit Payment: If a cancellation is made after the deposit has been collected, the deposit remains non-refundable.
• Cancellations Within 14 Calendar Days of the Tour Date: Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled tour date will incur a penalty of 75% of the tour’s total cost.
• No-Show Penalty: Failure to arrive on the scheduled tour date without prior notice will result in a no-show penalty, including a charge equal to 100% of the total tour cost, along with an administrative fee equivalent to 25% of the tour cost.
3. Conduct and Compliance with Laws
• Compliance with Laws and Ethics: Should a guest or guest group engage in behavior that violates the laws of the Republic of Turkey or universal ethical standards, the tour will be immediately canceled, no refunds will be provided, and the guest or guest group will be blacklisted from all future Seek Peak services.
• Conduct with Tour Guide: Guests or guest groups may not engage in emotional or physical relationships with the professional tour guide assigned to them. If such behavior is identified, the tour will be canceled immediately, no refund will be provided, and a permanent blacklist penalty will be applied.
4. Liability and Emergency Procedures
• Lost or Stolen Items: Seek Peak and the assigned professional tour guide accept no liability for any loss, theft, or misplacement of personal belongings, valuables, or money during the tour.
• Health Insurance and Visa Requirements: It is the sole responsibility of the guest or guest group to ensure they meet all legal health insurance and visa requirements for entry into the country, according to the regulations of their home country and the guidance of their local embassy.
• Damage to Property or Persons: If a guest or guest group causes harm to another person or property, they are fully responsible for covering all financial and emotional damages.
5. Health and Medical Emergencies
• In the event of any health issues during the tour, Seek Peak will arrange transportation to the nearest medical facility or call for emergency services at no additional charge. However, hospital and medical expenses are the responsibility of the guest or guest group.
6. Exceptions for Emergencies
• Seek Peak understands that unavoidable situations may arise. Exceptions to the cancellation and no-show penalties may be considered under the following emergency circumstances, provided verifiable proof is submitted: serious health issues affecting the client, death of the client or an immediate family member, natural disasters or severe weather conditions impacting travel arrangements.
7. Legal Recourse for Unpaid Fees
• Seek Peak is committed to handling unpaid fees with a professional approach. If a client fails to settle any outstanding penalties or fees related to cancellations or no-shows, Seek Peak reserves the right to pursue legal avenues to recover the owed amount.
Acceptance of Terms
• By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions outlined in this Reservation Policy. Seek Peak is dedicated to clear communication, transparency, and professionalism to ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.
